How do we work together?

If you engage us as consultants
Many successful partnerships that we have entered in recent years began with a consulting order. Such mandates allow for a high degree of flexibility. We get to know each other and are able to localise the areas in which we aim to implement improvements. At the same time, our common aims and ideas are allowed to develop. Thus the co-ordinates for all further procedures can be substantiated and defined.

When we work as consultants for you, you always know where you stand. All the netmarketing partners are independent entrepreneurs and all work according to the same principles:

We comply with the legitimate assignment of all activities with the utmost integrity. We will guard your interests to the best of our knowledge and beliefs and obligate ourselves to protect your trade secrets. We will inform you, at signing of a consulting contract, of existing contracts with competitive companies, and during the term of the consulting contract, of any new contracts signed with companies in the same field. We retain all documentation on file, both in written as well as in the electronic form. At the conclusion of the consulting contract, you will decide whether the documentation will be employed further or not.

This is how we commence a consulting mandate:
The first discussion meeting of up to a maximum of two hours is free of charge and non-binding for both parties. Further, the ensuing offer compilation, which will include the consulting goals, consulting phases and estimated costs, will also be free of charge for you. If you confirm this offer, then this acceptance is valid, together with the working principles, as the consulting contract. All activities from this point on will be invoiced accordingly. We also finalise specific consulting contracts for long-term consulting mandates.

When we act as manager for you
We are increasingly being called in as managers in the areas of strategy and marketing. These mandates make sense when you are not looking for a consultant but rather for a manager who can take over the operative responsibilities. We can take over executive functions as the acting managing director, marketing manager or as a project leader for specific strategy or marketing projects.

In the case of an agreement on interim management, we would define together which goals are to be persued during the assignment, what portion of the operational capacity time is required of the managers and finally on the duration of the mandate. Further, we will agree on the functions, which main activities and in which location the manager will be employed. We will define duties, responsibilities and power of authority and will set the terms of payment.
